Miquel Cardell (Llucmajor, Mallorca, 1958) is a poet and journalist.

Bachelors Degree in Information Science, he works as radio journalist specialized in culture. He has also collaborated in Diario de Mallorca and the local media.

He has published the poetry compilations Elegia de Grumers (1978), Magazine (1983), Instamàtic (1990), Tebeo (1992), Material de calendari (1993), Sota la volta de ferro (2000), and Les terrasses d'Avalon (2008), awarded the Cavall Verd-Josep M. Llompart Prize in 2009.

He is a member of Associació d'Escriptors en Llengua Catalana (AELC, Association of Catalan Language Writers).
