Mudit Grau Guasch (Gavà, 1960), a ballerina, choreographer, teacher, and writer, graduated in Advanced Dance Studies, specialising in Choreography. She also graduated in Music Theory and Piano from the Barcelona Liceu, as well as in Advanced Catalan Language studies from the Catalan Consortium for Linguistic Normalisation, and in fiction, poetry, short story, and novel writing at the Barcelona Athenaeum, where she completed the end-of-course project.
After a professional life as a dancer, she published her first novel La línea alba (Comenegra, 2020), which was followed by Un cel invertit (Columna Edicions, 2024), a finalist for the 2023 Prudenci Bertrana Prize.
She is a member of the Associació d’Escriptors en Llengua Catalana (ALEC – Association of Catalan Language Writers).
