Marta Tena Subirats (la Sénia, 1966) is a teacher and writer.

With a degree in Spanish and Catalan Philology, and a PhD in Language and Literature Teaching, she has been a secondary school Language and Literature teacher since 1993.

Her literary career in Catalan began with the novel Tots els colors del vent (Onada Edicions, 2017), which was followed by Una lluna a la finestra (Onada Edicions, 2020), Murs d’aigua (Onada Edicions, 2023) and, for young people, On és la meva llengua (Onada Edicions, 2024). 

She is a member of the Associació d’Escriptors en Llengua Catalana (Association of Catalan Language Writers – AELC).
