Bernat Joan i Marí (Eivissa, 1960). Since he was young, he wanted to write, and he has developped this iniciative, basically, through writings in newspapers (eleven thousand, in some twanty different papers, between 1979 and nowadays), in a long personal diary (more than three tousand pages, actually), and, not so hardly, through two novels, a pair of shor stories books, severals essays and a dozen of theater plays (most of them represented). Politicaly compromissed, he has worked for the constructions of the Catalan Countries. Civically, he has collabored activelly for yerars in the mouvement for the Catalan language. He writes therapeutical, reflexive, and also divulgative of idees and attitudes literature.

He is a member of AELC (Association of Catalan Language Writers).
