Assumpta Gonzàlez Cubertorer (Borriana, 1917 - Barcelona, 2003) was a playwright and poet.

She was a prolific author of plays for children and young people, as well as popular theatre. Of her twenty-two plays issued by the publishing house Millà, nineteen have been performed in various parts of the Catalan language territories, especially by amateur theatre groups. Among these works are La rateta es vol casar (1962), De més verdes en maduren (1970), El crit del cel (1973), Adrià, un torero català (1973), and Nina i els altres (1986).

In her later years, she also published five collections of lyric poetry.

She was a member of honour of the Associació d’Escriptors en Llengua Catalana (Association of Catalan Language Writers – AELC).
